Your first sign-in, step by step
Everything students, guardians and instructors need to start using the Afritech Institute System portal, from getting credentials to downloading documents.
Students
Your portal account is created by the school when you enroll. It shows only your own records.
Collect your credentials
The school office gives you a username and a first password when you enroll. If you never received them, pass by the office or write to us on WhatsApp with your matricule.
Sign in and change your password
Use the Sign in button on this site. On first login, open your profile and set a password only you know.
Check your timetable and records
Your weekly timetable, verified grades, attendance and fee statement update as the school records them, no need to ask at the office.
Download official documents
Admission letters, transcripts, attestations and receipts are in the Documents section as PDFs, each with a verification code.
Parents & guardians
A guardian account is linked to your child's file by the school, so you follow their progress in real time.
Ask for guardian access
When enrolling your child (or any time after), ask the school office to create your guardian account and link it to your child's file.
Sign in with your own credentials
You get your own username and password, separate from your child's. One account can follow several children.
Follow progress and fees
See attendance, verified results and the fee situation for each child, including every recorded payment and receipt.
Instructors & staff
Staff accounts are created by the administration with the access your role requires.
Get your staff account
The administration creates your account when you join. It carries your teaching assignments for the year.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Staff accounts protect student data: enable 2FA from your profile so a stolen password alone is never enough.
Work from the Instructor Portal
Your timetable, class lists, attendance marking and grade entry live in one place, on any device.
Keep your account safe
Never share your password
Accounts are personal. The school will never ask for your password, not even on WhatsApp.
Enable two-factor authentication
Add a one-time code from an authenticator app to your sign-in. Recommended for everyone, required for school leadership.
Sign out on shared devices
Using a cybercafé or a friend's phone? Sign out when you finish, and never let the browser save your password.
