This portal (the Afritech Institute System) is operated by Afritech Institute for its students, guardians and staff. This policy explains what personal information the portal holds and how it is protected.

What the portal holds. Academic records (enrollment, timetables, grades, attendance), financial records (fees, payments, receipts), identity details (name, matricule, contact information) and the documents the institute issues to you.

How it is used. Your information is used to run the school: delivering training, tracking progress and attendance, managing fees, issuing official documents, and meeting our obligations to MINEFOP and MINESUP.

Who can see it. Access is role-based. Students see their own records; guardians see the records of students linked to them; staff see what their role requires. We never sell personal information, and we only share it with ministries and examination bodies as required for certification.

Security. Connections are encrypted, access requires a personal account, and two-factor authentication is available on every account.

Your rights. You may ask to view or correct your personal information at any time by contacting info@afritechinstitute.com or the school office.
