These terms govern the use of the Afritech Portal System portal.

Accounts. Portal accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Sharing an account, or attempting to access records that are not yours, may lead to suspension of access and disciplinary measures.

Accuracy of records. The portal displays the official records held by Afritech Institute. Only the school can modify records; if you believe something is wrong, contact the school office.

Documents. Documents downloaded from the portal are official only when their verification code checks out on the Verify a Document page. Altering a generated document is prohibited.

Availability. We work to keep the portal available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance. The school registers remain the authoritative record.
